Customer Service – Our Customer Service Staff Knows Seafood
We have the largest Customer Service and Sales staff of any seafood distributor in the Southwest. Our staff is highly trained, educated, and ready to help you with any and all of your seafood needs. From special orders to training your staff to menu planning, we offer comprehensive customer services.
Our Customer Service department acts as our inside sales force and often acts as the first point of contact for many customer needs. If you need to place an order, check inventory, follow up on an order that has already been placed, or need more information on a specific item, feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 800-969-8862, from 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Our Account Managers and Sales Assistants act as our “in-the-field” staff. If you need to set up an account, would like to set up employee training or need help in menu planning or event planning, please contact your Account Manager or one of our Sales Assistants. If you do not have an account set up or need help contacting your Account Manager, please contact the Customer Service department. Let us know how we can help. We are the seafood experts!
