At the Foodservice Resource Center you can locate current relevant publications, review our Frequently Asked Questions or ask one of our seafood specialists a specific question.
For our wholesale/restaurant/foodservice customers from the Foodservice Resource Center you can:
- Sign up for one of our upcoming events
- If you are located within our delivery area, request a visit from one our sales representatives (Not sure if you are in our delivery area – just fill out the Request A Visit form and we will let you know if someone can assist with your needs.) To qualify for delivery by our trucks, we do require a minimum delivery of $250 and minimum weekly purchases of $1,000. If your business does not meet our minimums, you may be able to receive our products through our SMS Chef Express program. To qualify for SMS Chef Express, you must be in the foodservice industry, your order must exceed $100, be paid for by credit card (to maintain a house charge account, your business must purchase at least $1,000 a week in products) and each item ordered must weigh at least 5 pounds.
