Dedicated pre-pack operation with daily capability to process, pack and deliver a wide range of raw and value-added products in large volumes:

  • Vacuum Skin Pack (VSP) thermoformed trays
  • High speed in-line labeling systems

Also capability to pack top-sealed packs, including MAP if required for certain products

As with all of Santa Monica Seafood, Ethos is focused the highest standards of Food Safety with specific HACCP plan for pre-pack production and certifications for:

  • ISO 14001
  • BAP and MSC certified
